Ultimately I provide solutions for business problems in the interactive space. Whether it's a quantifiable goal or pure awareness, I treat them all as puzzles. Each puzzle can have a thousand pieces, from the brand identity and integration with brand teams, to the technical feasibility and functionality. Interactive is the most complicated medium to work in, and you've got to understand the puzzle to produce a great picture.

KISS has really been put to the test since the rise of interactive advertising. An Interactive idea can be complex, and being able to distill it down and pitch it to a non-technical audience is a skill that's taken years to hone. I approach the presentation of every idea by asking myself What's the goal?, How do we get the client excited?, and How will the public experience it?

When you know the strengths of your team, and when to stay out of their way, that's when the magic happens. Clear direction that leaves ample room for creative input doesn't hurt either.
